Payments, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1 PAYMENTS

1.1 Full payment must be received at time of booking unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Your place cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been made.

2 CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

2.1 If you wish to cancel your place on a course or workshop up to 4 weeks before the start date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees.

2.2 If you wish to cancel your place on a course or workshop 2 - 4 weeks before the start date, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the fees.

2.3 If you wish to cancel your place on a course or workshop with less than 2 weeks notice before the start date you will not be entitled to a refund of the fees. However, at our discretion and subject to availability, you may be able to use the course/workshop fee towards a future course.

2.4 Cancellations must be made in writing to Charlene at charlieblooms@email.com

Please note that refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process

3 CANCELLATIONS BY US

3.1 Please note that workshops and some courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few booking are received. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses and workshops at any given time.

3.2 If we cancel a course or workshop, we shall endeavour to give you at least one weeks notice. You will have to option of transferring to another course/workshop or having a full refund of the fees.

3.3 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising because of any modification or cancellation or courses/workshops or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the course/workshop fee.

4 NON ATTENDANCE

4.1 If you are unable to attend a course/workshop due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund, extra tuition or to automatically transfer to another course. However, we will consider such action that we believe to be fair and reasonable.

4.2 Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.

5 ATTENDANCE

5.1 If you are unable to complete a course or workshop due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund. We may however, at our own discretion consider a course/workshop transfer.
